Renters pays water and utilities, trash and electricity- home comes with water softener, water RO, electric vehicle charging, solar power. No smoking allowed inside house. Maximum 2 pets Cats and dogs only (no exotic animals without approval) Weight Tenant responsibilities * Clean up waste (yard + community areas) * Prevent damage (scratching, chewing, stains) * No excessive noise or disturbance * Tenant responsible for all pet-related damages 5.
