Lease Terms: Minimum lease term of 30 days. Ideal for mid-term stays (travel professionals, relocations, or temporary housing). All applicants are subject to a light background and credit check. A signed lease agreement is required prior to move-in. *Available June 1- August 18th* Furnished Rental: This is a fully furnished unit designed for comfortable, move-in-ready living. The home includes furniture, kitchen essentials, linens, and basic household items. Utilities (Gas & Electric): For stays under six (6) months, gas and electric are included up to a combined monthly cap of $200. Any overage will be billed to the tenant. For stays of six (6) months or longer, utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name. Additional Utilities & Services: Wi-Fi is included. Tenant is responsible for any additional services or upgrades. Pets: Pets are considered with approval. A non-refundable fee of $50 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. House Rules: No smoking permitted. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and report maintenance issues promptly. Maintenance & Care: Tenant is responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness during their stay. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be charged accordingly. Parking: Dedicated parking included.
