Smoking outside is allowed. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees.
