"Aloka" is a one-of-a-kind, student community designed by a 100% Temple University alumni team collaboration of 2 recently graduated Temple students and Gnome Architects (@GnomeArch), a Philadelphia architectural firm focused on high-end, luxury residential design led by Tyler School of Architecture alumni. These residences were built and managed by the highly-reputable, Vikara - GRIT team. Aloka Residences were developed out of the need to design spaces at Temple's Off-Campus that are best-in-class, and elevate the student living experience. All our residences are located in prime locations in Temple's Patrol Zone and are Best Nest Diamond Certified - recognized by Temple University.
