Our Echo Park home is a gorgeous late 1960's 2 BR 2 Bath. There's lots of light due to large windows facing amazing views in all directions - you're looking out over DTLA, Elysian Heights , even to the sometimes snow capped mountains in the east. The home has style and is designed with an eclectic colorful interior. The house is perched up high with no insight from neighbors, it's designed with an open kitchen/living room floor plan and has a large table for seating 6-8 people. The comfortable big premium bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic California King bed , and an ensuite bathroom w shower. Second bedroom has a pullout sofa Queen bed - also with a comfortable tempur-pedic topper mattress. Second bedroom has a bathroom with tub and shower just next to it. The back Yard and walk up is shared w another property. There are 2 homes on one lot. The area is gorgeous, LUSH residential and quiet. Lots of birdsong and sweet hummingbirds in lush surroundings. We have a great deck facing the DTLA view where amazing sunsets can be viewed . The area is a dream for nature and quiet lovers- still when wanting to get out - there's a LOT around. You can walk to bars , restaurants, galleries, book stores, gyms , great Yoga , lots of vintage stores, Dodger Stadium and farmers markets...etc We are close to all necessary freeways to quickly get to DTLA,-Disney Hall, Dorothy Chandler or the Art District for ex. The studios in Burbank is a 15 min drive - and when wanting the ocean - it's about 30 minutes away. The home is not suitable for small children and is not a party pad. We love and respect are neighbors and expect the same from you :) The dates are flexible - house might be available for up to 6 months due to work travels. Easy Street parking is always available:)
