Private patio and small yard, off-street parking, solar panels with battery backup, etc. This is a quality property and I'm very selective who I rent to. I have had one 6 month tenant so far. I am open to shorter or longer leases. Up to a year and as little as 2 months. This has been my home, so all upgrades are custom and carefully considered. I live in the other home part-time and thoughtful respectful tenants are a priority. I ask that you care for this house as if it were yours. Nespresso Rental includes all utilities, and yard service. Original art all over the walls. Please take care with it; pieces have been collected through the years. Workstation in the 2nd bedroom.
