For long-term rentals of at least six months, the monthly rent is $5000, with the tenant responsible for all utilities. For short-term rentals of a minimum of one month, the monthly rent is $9000, which includes all utilities. Amenities Pool, extra charge for heated pool TV Washer Wifi Charges will apply to heat the hot tub and/ pool. Please refer to our rental agreement. When you book with us, we will text or email you the door code 2 hours prior to arrival. This door code can be entered into the front door. We look forward to making your stay the best. Gentle reminder: No Large Gathering, Events or Party. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement. Anything's beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment. If you are unsure if your reservation complies with these restrictions, please call before booking. 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in. 14 days' notice before you move out. $375 cleaning fees.
