Lease terms

For long-term rentals of at least six months, the monthly rent is $6,000, and tenants are responsible for all utilities. For short-term rentals of one month or more, the monthly rent is $6900, which includes all utilities. Amenities include a pool (with an extra charge for heating), TV, washer, and wifi. Please note, heating the hot tub or pool incurs additional charges as outlined in our rental agreement. Upon booking, we will send you the door code via text or email two hours before your arrival. Simply enter this code at the front door. Our goal is to make your stay exceptional. Please remember: large gatherings, events, and parties are not permitted. Only guests listed on your reservation and rental agreement may be on the property for the duration of your stay. Violating this policy may result in forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment. If you are unsure whether your reservation complies with these restrictions, please contact us before booking. Our cancellation policy offers a 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in, and no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in. Please provide at least 14 days' notice before moving out. A $375 cleaning fee applies to all stays.
