Steps above street level and away from all passerbys, a private viewing deck extends the living space outdoors and leads you to your primary suite via an independent entrance. Fully furnished room including large daybed/trundle (2 twin size mattresses, brand new and highest quality for best night's sleep), with attached ensuite bath including a walk-in shower with zero floor entry and large walk-in closet for plenty of storage including a small kitchenette for reheating and cold storage. Mini fridge, coffee pot and convection oven/microwave in room. Please note: no hot plate allowed. Outdoor shared barbeque. This is not a unit conducive for cooking as it is a room for rent and the owners live in the main part of the house. Only simple cold and re-warming preparations. Large french doors open to sweeping mountain and city views. Shared laundry room. Owners live and work on-site in main, attached house. 2 indoor only cats also live on-site.
