We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Must be 25 years old to book No parties No events No smoking inside Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease PETS $25/night per pet 2 pets max Must be accompanied at all times, and picked up after, or extra charge will be added PROPANE We try to keep our propane tanks full , but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank or buy a bundle of wood, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. FIREPIT WOOD Please plan to bring your own CAMERAS Front of house garage Backyard in patio Backyard overlooking pool Front door ...in place for safety and security reasons. Not actively monitored. Do not tamper with DEPOSIT We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays LEFT BEHIND ITEMS $20 service charge added to shipping cost CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
