Walk right out to your private outdoor 40-ft balcony and enjoy a coffee while you watch the unobstructed views of the sunrise, or take a nap on the canopied daybed. Incredible panoramic views of the Bay and Nature Preserve. This residence is perfect for entertaining or family nights at home. For further convenience, motorized window treatments are installed throughout. The eat-in kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals or coffee on the run. The preferred split floorplan with ensuites allows everyone to have privacy and access to the balcony from every room. Other amenities include underground assigned parking, a community room with ping pong & billiards, a security guard at the gate, onsite maintenance staff, and wireless internet access throughout the common area. No pets and no smoking.
Incredible amenities nearby include paddle board and kayaking across the street in the Nature Reserve. Walk down the beach a few blocks to enjoy a local's favorite, the Tiki Bar at the Ritz. Bike Storage in the gated garage as well. This area of Lido Beach is the absolute best, and the beach is normally very peaceful and quiet as the tourists stay at the other end of Lido Beach. Also given this a building of long time residents, there are very few renters and you will truly live like a local.
3 month minimum required rental, we do not rent for any shorter time than that as our building has a strict requirement. We also do not rent any other months or annually as our family uses the condo in winter months so please dont contact for any dates between December 15th and May 1st of any year.
