The apartment is technically a studio with a separate home office, but the layout lives much more like a one-bedroom. The lease officially starts June 1, 2026 and runs for two years. Net effective rent is approximately $4,300/month, inclusive of one month free that I am offering as a concession. One-bedrooms in the building are listed at $6,500+, so this place is really a steal. Move-in is available June 1, with some flexibility if needed. The apartment has also been furnished with brand-new pieces, and I would be open to leaving select items behind if there is interest. The location is excellent, with close walking access to major subway lines, the Seaport, Battery Park, and some of the best restaurants, bars, and fitness options in FiDi. Building amenities are still underway but are pretty insane (two-story fitness center, sauna, cold plunge, salt room, golf simulators, pickleball court, gaming room, outdoor pool, and multiple resident lounge / coworking areas)
