We are going on a sabbatical. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of ANY substance. This rule applies both to this unit as well as to the whole building. No pets. Absolutely no cats. We may consider small well behaved dogs but would like to meet the dog first. 1 assigned parking spot in the building's parking lot. Ample (free) on-street parking. Building association takes care of snow removal, lawn care, garden, etc.
