Lease terms

12 month renewable lease. EXPENSES - Application Fees: $45/per adult 18+ yrs (non-refundable). Monthly Rent: $1,250 (this INCLUDES $100/month discount for yard maintenance, normal rent $1,350). Deposit (OAC): $1,250 + Lease Initiation: $250 (non-refundable). TENANT RESPONSIBILITES - UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT: Power and gas paid by tenant. Water, sewer and garbage is split 1/3 and paid monthly with rent. YARD MAINTENANCE REQUIRED: Tenants are responsible for all yard care including: - Weeding, watering (no sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back, side yards, park strips and dirt/gravel parking area along the north fence. - Keeping all areas free of debris. - Snow removal of public walkway in front of home. WINDOW COOLING UNIT: Tenant responsible to winterize (cover) and dewinterize window cooling unit and to clean filter. **We are private owners and like to discuss your situation over the phone before scheduling a viewing.** PARKING: On-street parking in front of property/on north side and back dirt/gravel parking area behind property on south side. PETS: Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. pet rent and $500.00 deposit per pet. No aggressive pets please. SMOKING/VAPING: No smoking or vaping inside premise.
