Foyer area is covered and dry and can be used as small mud room area. Kitchen is equipped with fridge and stove. The bedrooms are a decent size with closet space in both. Closet located in the hallway provides additional storage. Unit A is upstairs and shares an access with Unit B. Both Units share the foyer area. The unit shares a laundry room with unit B that is located on the ground floor. See attached photos of the access, foyer and all rooms discussed above.

Potential tenants are required to speak with the owner and visit the property prior to applying online. One Year Lease required. First month rent of $1,100.00 and Security deposit of $1,500.00 to move in. Maximum 2 people. Tenant required to sign up and pay for electric with Wahkiakum County PUD. Tenant to pay minimum for water and sewer to owner monthly. The current minimum for the triplex is $336.03. This is divided by the 3 units equaling $112.01/unit. Tenant will pay their share of any excess of the minimum. Owner will provide tenants with copy of monthly invoice. Garbage is paid by owner. This covers one 30-gallon garbage can. Additional charges will be back charged to the tenant with invoice provided. On the street parking. No Satellite dishes. Absolutely no smoking. Washer and Dryer available and shared with the Apartment B. There is a small yard tenant can use to BBQ and sit outside and enjoy. This area is not an onsite storage for tenants excess personal belongings. Acceptable items are small BBQ, bicycle (1 per tenant), small patio furniture Unit A is only accessible via the staircase shown in the photos. The unit is part of a triplex, Unit A & B are upstairs, and the downstairs unit is beneath Units A & B. The building is older, walls are thin and respect for your fellow tenants shall be expected and enforced. Other Screening Requirements: *Owner utilizes a tool provided by Zillow to provide screening application ($35 per tenant). * Owner will send an application once applicant has talked to the owner and/or visited the apartment. * Owner will not accept a reusable tenant screening report *Screening will cover a background check which will include, SNN trace, eviction search, sex offender check, Global and National Crime search. * Credit check * Employment & Income verification.
