18 Wilburn Rd

I am out of town for 6 weeks, from May 18-June 30. Ideally hoping to rent for the month of June, or starting earlier. But I'm open to renting for shorter terms--2-3 weeks could work. The House: Two bedroom, two full bath house within walking distance from restaurants, bars, and music venues in West Asheville and a 7-minute drive to Downtown and the River Arts District. There is a full kitchen, a pantry for tons of food/cooking space, 3 full-size closets, and other rooms for basic storage. The house is actually a 4-bedroom, but one is a music studio and the other a library--the studio will be locked but you can use the library for storage. There is 5 meg wifi, a TV, and a stereo with 5000+ vinyl and CDs that you're free to use. There's a terrific back porch that works as a second living room, and a lovely pollinator, flower, and vegetable garden (renters can choose to water tomatoes, blueberries, and tomatillos but don't have to--the neighbor, Mickey, will if/when necessary). Herb garden in back with fresh mint, rosemary, and maybe some kale (depending on the season). The house is in a close-family neighborhood, and the neighbors are all super nice and helpful people. We're near Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
