For units that permit pets, cats and dogs are allowed depending on size, with breed restrictions. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, and $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Local bookings are not accepted. There may be occasional small bugs, such as ants, due to seasonal changes and heat, which will be addressed promptly.
