We're renting our recently renovated two floor penthouse condo with a private roofdeck. Everything is brand new and the space comes fully furnished.…

4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Three large bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is fairly small and could be converted into an office. All of the furnishes are tasteful and ones that we carefully selected over the years when we lived at the property. The large open entertainment space is great to host friends - the condo spans two full massive floors and includes a private roof deck. All of the bedrooms get great light.
Really convenient to downtown. Shaw metro and Noma metro are both a 10-12 mins walk away. The P6 and 80 bus are very convenient located one minute away from the apartment. Great cafes and restaurants close by and some cute parks.
