A 6-foot cedar privacy fence surrounds the area around this duplex unit, which can serve as a dog run. Leave your car at home and hit the hiking and biking trails just steps from your front door. Take the Barney Ford trail through the woods one mile down to Main Street for shopping, dining, and drinks. Then take the Summit Stage Boreas Loop bus back home. The Overlook/Lodge bus stop is just steps from your front door and runs every half-hour. In the winter, get to the lifts in 7 to 10 minutes. The Traverse restaurant at The Lodge is 400 feet away from your front door. Sit at the bar and try a well-curated selection of beers on tap and signature cocktails, while you watch the glow of the setting sun over Baldy Mountain.
