The Lofts so you can see what everyone has been talking about.… Our unique luxury lofts offer 14-foot ceilings, open floor plans, exposed beams, and a "downtown" urban vibe they are unlike anything else! We offer 23 industrial style loft apartments consisting of one Studio, 10 One Bedroom/One Bath units, 7 One Bedroom/ One and a Half Baths units, 2 Two Bedroom/One Bath units, and 3 Two Bedroom/One and a Half Baths units. Each unit is unique no cookie-cutter apartments here!
Rents range from $1100 per month for the Studio to $1550 for a Two Bedroom/One and a Half Bath apartment. Wi-Fi and Internet are included in your rent. Utilities are not included. There is a $40 monthly fee for water, sewer, and trash services. Garage spaces are $50 per month and are very limited. (Do think seriously about getting a parking space don't let the Hornell winters catch you without indoor parking!). Of course, there will be plenty of free outdoor parking as well.
Pets are allowed with a $350 non refundable one time deposit and a $35 per month pet rent. Please let me know if you want to schedule a tour. Weekend tours can be easily arranged with advance notice. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
