The spacious living room boasts a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or game day. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking essentials. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom. Enjoy al fresco meals with the Blackstone grill and outdoor seating. Pets are considered with applicable fees, with rates varying based on length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet-related issues. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the same fees as pets. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached.
