The dining table comfortably seats six, and the full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking essentials. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom.

Pets are considered with applicable fees, with rates varying based on length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet-related issues. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the same fees as pets.

This is a non-smoking property, and smoking or vaping is forbidden indoors and outdoors. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties are prohibited, and external CCTV and sound sensors will be activated for prolonged noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night will be charged for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Check-out is at 10 am. A $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights. These additional cleaning services are charged separately. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host, but arrangements can be made for retrieval or shipping at the guest's expense. The property utilizes a septic tank; only toilet paper should be flushed. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bin for Friday morning pickup, with a fee incurred for failure to do so. In the event of system failures, neither the property owner nor management will be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair or replace the failed system. Management is not liable for unforeseen occurrences such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God. Guests are recommended to carry travel or rental insurance. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached.
