For added comfort, a wood-burning stove and Nest thermostat provide central heating.
Enjoy exclusive access to your own private hydrotherapy hot tub, perfect for stargazing. Two decks offer outdoor dining and forest views.
Ideally located within minutes of hikes, the Russian River, wineries, and the Sonoma coastline. You'll be approximately 15 minutes from Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean, and 15 minutes from Downtown Guerneville.
This space is best used for quiet retreats and reconnecting with nature; it is not ideal for parties or large events. Outdoor cameras are in place for your and our protection. No drugs, smoking, or events are allowed. Absolutely no guests outside of the reservation are allowed, and any external guests are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund and may incur an additional charge of $150 per guest, per night. If the hot tub requires a deep cleaning after a stay, the guest agrees to pay $200. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. No shoes in the house. Please keep noise levels down as there are neighbors.
