Tenant Will not be ready to move out to mid summer and this post will be deleted and redone for a move in date of August of September 1. Pictures will come in about 3 weeks when tenant is ready. I am posting for interest and to be able to give someone enough time for a smooth move. Move in date is Jul1. Showing will be end of last week of May and first week of June. Tenant has purchased a home and is giving access for viewing so all viewing will be a schedule appointment. Landlord pays TUD (water and sewer) Tenant pays Electricity Trash Propane Comes with a garage that closes. Washer and dryer hook ups. Has a private back patio and a side yard. For a single person, rent is 1550 There is a no dog policy. We might consider a small dog under 20lbs if the tenant will place a small kennel in side yard. We look for long term tenants. Rent is set to only go up with TUD increases so it is stable.
