This home is centrally located downtown and shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and a fan are provided for light sleepers. For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras and one noise monitor. Breaking any house rules will result in a $300 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Loud music is not allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. Any unregistered guests are not allowed over the reservation guest count, with a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Pets are not allowed. Photography or commercial use on the premises without written permission is prohibited. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
