Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided to ensure a restful stay. Exterior security cameras are operational 24/7, and a noise monitor measures noise levels only. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, with smoking permitted only outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Breaking any house rules will result in a $300 charge per occasion and per broken rule. No loud music is allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings, or events are prohibited. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, or smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Unregistered guests are not allowed beyond the reservation guest count, with a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night. Pets are not allowed. Photography or commercial use requires written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
