This home is centrally located downtown and shares a wall with the neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided for light sleepers. For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras and one noise monitor that measures noise levels only. Breaking any house rules will result in a $300 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Loud music is not allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is permitted outside the home only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. If smoking is discovered after check-out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day's reservation, plus a $300 additional cleaning fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage; any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
