Hi! Thanks for your interest in the property. Here are the rental details: Rent: $1,700/month Security Deposit: 2 months' rent Lease Term: 1 year No smoking inside the home. No pets allowed (inside or outside). Appliances Included: Stove Microwave Refrigerator Any additional appliances requested will be $35/month per appliance. Tenant Responsibilities: All utilities Yard maintenance/landscaping Pest control (proof of service required) Renters insurance (copy required before move-in) Qualification Requirements: Must have been on your current job for at least 6 months Must bring home at least 3 times the monthly rent Must have current or previous landlord references with verifiable rental history References are required Application Process: Due to the overwhelming response, a completed application would be nice to have before scheduling a showing. If you require a showing please get in touch with the property manager asap. There is no charge to receive the application, but each adult (18+) who will live in the home must complete their own application through RentSpree and pay the application fee directly to RentSpree.
