Tenant pays all utility (gas, electric, water/sewer) expense in addition to monthly rent and must set up there own accounts. Pets must be safe, clean, and non-destructive, and small. No smoking on premises. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. In addition, tenants with a pet must pay a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Tenant pays the first and last month rent up front.
