18 Backwater Street is a beautiful corner lot with a wrap around yard and two cozy porches.… Our home is 15 minutes from MCAS Beaufort and 12 minutes from MCRD Paris Island for a short commute. The home is located in Shell Point (Zillow's pin is inaccurate).
On the exterior, we have thriving hydrangeas, roses, and two large Southern Oaks. One porch is on the ground floor and sits right inside the garden. The other porch is on the second floor and provides better views, a stronger breeze, and more privacy.
On the interior, the master bedroom is on the ground floor with a walk-in closet and large bathroom (for two). The kitchen has all brand new modern appliances. The second floor has three total bedrooms. Two are cozy enough for an office or child's bedroom. The third is large and extends onto the second story porch. All three have beautiful views of the neighborhood. All bedrooms have closets.
