Upstairs are two larger size rooms and one smaller room great for a nursery or office but also could be used as a bedroom. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. Plenty of storage in attic and unfinished basement. Why this location? Our home is a short walking distance to so many exciting places. We are located in a residential neighborhood that is safe and all the neighbors are great. There is ample parking in the driveway, as well as street parking on Marshall Ave. Unit is located walking distance to Hughes Main Library, The Children's Museum of the Upstate, Greenville County Museum of Art, Upcountry History Museum, and Greenville Little Theatre. It is a short walk to Main street and all the restaurants and coffee shops downtown has to offer. It is also less then a mile away from the Peace Center and the Bon Secour Wellness Arena. You really can't beat this location. Pets are negotiable with an additional charge and non-refundable deposit. Absolutely no smoking. All utilities are the renters responsibility including gas, electrical, water, trash, cable and internet. Professional lawn care is included. Applicances including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer are included in the lease. Zillow rental application and background check is required. Deposit is one months rent and is due along with the signed lease agreement. Currently the unit is paritally furnished. We are happy to keep furnished or can clear out.
