This building contains 4 apartments, but it is a quiet building. Apartments are located on the second floor, located above a local antique shop. A criminal background check is required and is paid for by the applicant. This is a month to month lease with a 30 day notice required in the lease. Owner pays for heat, water and trash. Tenant pays for electric. Tenant also pays for internet if desired. There is no air conditioning, but a tenant can purchase a window unit with landlord approval of unit. Current rent is calculated for one individual only. There is room for only one vehicle with this unit. Tenants are required to notify the landlord of any needed repairs in a timely fashion. Tenants are required to maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary condition. No pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking unit with an integrated fire and smoke alarm system that notifies landlord and fire department in case of smoke or fire. We do not require renter's insurance, but encourage you to look into it for yourself.
