The property is located in Aurora highlands- nice neighborhood with a pickleball court and park!
It's a 5 minute drive to Buckley AFB, 15 min drive to CU Anschutz, and 30 min drive to down town Denver.
About Us: I am an Air Force Veteran and work for Shea Homes as a construction superintendent and Sierra is an epidemiologist for the state of Colorado.
Utilities are electric, water, and trash. WiFi set up is handled by the tenant.
