Lease duration: August 7, 2026 July 28, 2027 (about 11 months and 21 days). Monthly rent: $780/month. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for utilities, including water/sewer, electricity, and internet. Trash dumpster service is included. Heating/AC: Central heat and air. Cancellation: There is no cancellation/grace period after signing. If you don't occupy the property, you're still responsible for rent and utilities until a suitable sublessee is found. Subleasing: A suitable sublessee may be used to get out of the lease, but you must follow the landlord's procedures. Amenities: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer. Pets: Not allowed without written permission from the landlord. Smoking: No indoor smoking. Rent late fee: $15 or 5% of rent, whichever is greater. Move-out: Tenant must clean the property, remove belongings, return keys, and follow the landlord's checkout instructions.
