Guests beyond 4 are charged $65/night each. Undeclared guests will be asked to leave. -Parking Park only in designated areas. We are not responsible for vehicle loss or damage. -No Smoking Smoking inside the home is prohibited. A $500 fee applies. -Damages & Security Guests are responsible for any damages. Security dispatch incurs a $200 fee; repeated issues may lead to eviction. -Cleaning Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess: $300 fee. Unwashed dishes: $20 fee. -Pets (Dogs Only) Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. $99 per pet per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone and cleaned up after.
