Lease terms

Applicants must have a minimum household income of three times the monthly rent (or otherwise demonstrate the financial ability to meet the lease obligations), a preferred credit score of 680 or higher, positive rental history, no prior evictions, and pass a background and credit screening. Income and employment verification are required. Monthly Rent: $3,600 Security Deposit: $1,250 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $250 Fully Furnished Utilities Included (electric, water, sewer, trash, internet) Minimum lease term: month to month (September 1 to March 1 only) Rent due on the first day of each month. First month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due prior to move-in. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Tenant must maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition. Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters during the lease term, if applicable. Renters insurance is required prior to occupancy. Background, credit, and rental history screening required for all applicants 18 years and older.
