A rental application must be submitted and processed on all prospective occupants 18 years of age or older. Any blanks/incomplete applications may not be processed. Applicants may be denied for: - More than one late Rent payment in a 12-month period. - More than one NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) Rent Payment in a 12-month period. - Prior eviction or lease violations that resulted in non-renewal. PETS: - Up to 2 pets permitted with approval - No cats Pet fee (non-refundable): $250 Pet rent fee: $25/month Service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets. MOVE OUT FEES: Non refundable move out cleaning fees: - $450 no pets - $550 with pets *No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property. This includes: - Cigarettes - Vaping - Marijuana or other drugs Non refundable fee disclosure: All fees designated as non refundable are used for the administrative costs of preparing and cleaning the unit. These fees will not be returned regardless of the condition of the premises at move out and are not part of the security deposit.
