This is a beautiful three bed room condominium with new porcelain tile kitchen floors and hot water heater.… We love the location, the set up of the space and the very close distance to campus. It is a great location for families with young children, within walking distance of Ann Arbor STEAM Elementary at Northside. You really get the best of both worlds with the Leslie Nature Area and the Golf Course right outside of your home with plentiful trails and hikes just steps away. Plus you are walking distance to downtown and Kerrytown, making it easy to enjoy Ann Arbor. There are hardwood floors and bright windows and sliding doors throughout. Cordless blinds installed throughout home. The master bedroom has lots of natural light in the morning, an in-room vanity (sink, mirror and shelving) and a beautiful view of the woods nearby. The two additional bedrooms also have large windows and always get a nice breeze. The home offers a full bath with his and her sinks. The downstairs area is the most inviting space with a dining and living area that is big enough to host thirty people (we have!). The kitchen gets lots of sun in the morning with a sliding door and offers beautiful strong maple cabinets and a newly remodeled floor. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor for guests. You will also love the basement which has high ceilings and is carpeted, making it a very useful space for a studio, library/study area or for exercising. There is a washer and dryer unit and space to store large items underneath the stairs. All of your outdoor needs are taken care of and you will have your walkway shoveled, your weeds pulled and your grass mowed. There is also space on the side of the house where you can grow vegetables. Lastly, there is a secret passageway that neighbors use, which makes your walk to the bus and Plymouth Rd 4 minutes! The closely exit (Plymouth Rd) on US Highway 23 (North-South) is 3 miles away.
