Refundable Deposit: $1000 refunded if there are no damages or money owed at move out
Indoor non-aggressive and non-destructive pets will be considered for $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be on a leash at all times on the property. No outdoor pets allowed.
A background check on the applicant must show sufficient income (3 x's the monthly rent) to be approved to rent a unit. Recent paystubs or W2s may be required to verify income.
We require a credit score of 600 or above. If the applicant's credit score is 550 to 599, they can still be accepted with additional conditions. A co-signer being one. We would require an increased security deposit of $1600. We have the right to require proof of employment/income and/or proof of good rental history.
We have a No-Prior Eviction policy.
We do have a No-Smoking (or vaping) of any kind policy inside apartments.
