The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The rent of $3775 includes the utilities flat fee that is charged monthly. Owner will pay sewer, water, garbage and electricity/gas (not internet and cable) and have tenant reimburse owner based on a flat fee per month. Breakdown of rent: $3500 for rent, $275 for utilities. At the end of 6 months, there will be a true up for the utilities. This means that if the tenant has overpaid for the utilities, the tenant will receive a refund.
