Lease terms

The condo located at 172 Warwick Neck, RI 02889 is available for lease at a monthly rent. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The lease term is negotiable and may range from six (6) to twelve (12) months, with the option to renew upon review at the end of the initial term. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity, internet or television services, and heating or cooling costs depending on the system in place. Water and sewer fees are covered by the owner and factored into the rent.
