Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from September 2026 to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates) due to spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as it must be removed for painting. There may be noise disturbances during this period. This is a privately owned luxury condo and is not part of the hotel rental pool, meaning Ilikai fitness center and hotel front desk access are reserved for Aqua-Aston guests and are not included. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed; to ensure a late departure, the condo must be reserved for the night of departure.
