Please be aware that spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building have started. Balcony access will be restricted from September 2026 to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates). After 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed. There may be noise disturbances. This is a privately owned luxury condo and is not part of the hotel rental pool. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
The primary suite includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for remote work.
Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and dish soap. Once depleted, guests replenish as needed. Not included are daily housekeeping or towel refresh, additional toiletries, condiments, spices, or coffee, laundry detergent, and beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, or a cooler.
