Please be aware that spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building have started. Balcony access will be restricted from September 2026 to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates). After 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed. Noise disturbances may occur. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed; the condo must be reserved for the night of departure to ensure a late departure. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. This is a privately owned luxury condo and is not part of the hotel rental pool.
