Lease terms

1.1 mile from the beach Owner pays water, trash service, common-area landscaping, and maintenance of the main sewer line. Tenant is responsible for individually metered gas and electric utilities. Lease Term: One-year lease. Move-In Costs: First month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Rent will be prorated for move-ins occurring after the first day of the month. Pets: Small pets may be considered subject to approval. Pet Policy: Up to two small dogs (25 lbs. or less) considered with owner approval. Pet rent is $100 per month per approved dog. Proof of vaccinations and licensing required. Pets must be well-behaved and not create excessive noise or nuisance conditions. Smoking: No smoking permitted in the unit or on the property. Parking: Parking is leased separately. Up to two parking spaces may be available for $100 per month per space. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant is expected to maintain the unit in a clean and sanitary condition, promptly report maintenance issues, and be responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, occupants, guests, or pets.
