Those with lapsed or cancelled policies will be auto-enrolled into Appfolio insurance policy and service fee of $10.50 will be applied. Monthly Residents Benefit Package charge will apply for those who opt into program. All payments are to be made through online tenant portal with minimal processing fees for credit/debit cards.
