Lease Terms & Additional Information To ensure a well-maintained home and positive community experience, the following general lease terms will apply: Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. No more than three pets total. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in additional cleaning and remediation fees. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance and repairs up to $100 per occurrence. Parking is limited to designated areas only. Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, garage, or approved guest parking areas. Tenant will be held financially responsible for any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear where tenant liability is determined. These terms are designed to protect the quality of the home and ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Full lease details will be provided prior to signing.
