Conveniently situated, this home is just 10 minutes from Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, and the Northgate District, and 15 minutes from Downtown Bryan. It's perfect for game-day weekends, family getaways, or a relaxing College Station visit. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the properties; evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving, and do not turn it below 60 degrees during the winter when leaving. Overnight visitors are not permitted; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; flushing feminine products or other items will result in plumbing repair charges. No candles may be burned on the property. A grill is available and should be cleaned after each use. A burn ban may be in effect for the firepit. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, and shampoo. Trash must be bagged and placed in the city garbage bin located in the garage, or a $25 charge will apply. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Includes a stationary bike for on-the-go fitness, and the garage is equipped with a TV for extra entertainment space.
