The bedroom for rent is 11' x 10' which includes the closet. Bedroom has new vinyl plank flooring and paint. Bathroom is shared with 2 other female roommates. Bathroom is recently updated. There are a total of 6 females living in the house, each with their own bedroom. The tenants are working professionals and understand the importance of a peaceful and respectful living environment. They value open communication and are looking for like-minded individuals who are tidy, considerate, and reliable.
One tenant has a cat that has access to the house (common area). We are not allowing anymore pets.
