    For the price, there is no security, no lighting at night even after a robbery. Amazon leave mail by the mailboxes where anyone can take them. It is right next to a loud amazon facility that honks all day and night, especially on the weekends. New manager since I've lived here, only been here a year, place is only maybe 4 year old. Management stated they had to repair balconies without relaying info as to why, of course causing me to have no trust to use balancing I pay for. Consistent construction to the point where management is now limiting parking even though the construction equipment took up 20 parking spaces throughout the complex.Gates have very rarely worked consistently. Pool and gym is available per appointment and closed on the weekends. Management takes days to respond. There are so many other great apartments in the area that are equal amount or CHEAPER. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise its a clean property, not worth the money.
