Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment available in Lauderdale.… The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building that has the feel of a large home. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park just a short walk away. It is 10-15 min from either downtown and about 5 min away from the U of M St Paul campus. Shopping, theaters, coffee shops, and Restaurant's in Roseville are just a couple miles down the road....talk about convenient! This place literally has everything you could ever need within a 5 mile radius.
The apartment itself is quite charming and has been updated with refinished hardwood flooring and a nice pass through with a breakfast counter to open up the kitchen area. It has lots of windows on nearly every wall and has tons of natural light pouring in.
There is off street parking with one dedicated space per unit. We have on site coin operated laundry in the basement and a nice back yard that is great to hang out in. There is also a nice size storage unit that is included for all of your extras.
Small well trained noiseless pets are welcome. There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building. This is an owner operated building. We are looking only for respectful responsible tenants with a good rental/credit history.
Rent is 1250.00 per month. We pay The heat, water, sewer, and trash so the only utility bills you need to worry about are your internet and your electric.
