About the building
The apartment is located in a 4 unit building that feels more like a house than an apartment building.… It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park just a short walk away. It is 10-15 min from either downtown and about 5 min away from the U of M St Paul campus. Shopping, theaters, coffee shops, and Restaurant's in the Rosedale mall area are just a couple miles down the road....talk about convenient! This place literally has everything you could ever need within a 5 mile radius.
The apartment itself is quite charming and has been updated with fresh paint, refinished hardwood flooring and a nice pass through breakfast counter to open up the kitchen area. It has lots of windows on nearly every wall allowing for tons of natural light to pour in.
There is off street parking with one dedicated space per unit. We have on site coin operated laundry in the basement and a nice back yard that is great to hang out in. Raised gardens, grills, etc. are welcome :)
There is also a nice size storage unit that is included for all of your extras.
Small, well trained noiseless pets are welcome. There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere inside the building. This is an owner operated building so you get to deal with a real person that will actually answer his phone instead of a giant corporation that's going to serve you an eviction notice if your rent is one day late. We are looking only for respectful responsible tenants with a good rental/credit history.
Rent is 1155.00 per month. We pay The heat, water, sewer, and trash so the only utility bills you need to worry about are your internet and your electric.
