Beautiful one bedroom apartment available in Lauderdale Minnesota.… It is located near the U of M St Paul campus in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of both downtowns and 7 mn from tons of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the Rosedale mall area. The area is very walkable and bikeable and there is a bus line at the end of the street.
The apartment is on the upper level of an up and down 4 plex. The building feels more like a house than an apartment and has a spacious yard to hang out in, and even set up a little garden if you want. We have an off street parking space for you as well as on site laundry and a huge storage space for your use in the basement.
This is an owner operated building and I am looking for respectful renters that are very considerate of the property and of their neighbors. The rent is 1250.00 per month. We pay heat water sewer and trash so the only utility you are responsible for is your electricity and your cable which is cheap!! I provide a window AC unit for the apartment.
The lease starts August 1st. It is a one year term with a one months rent damage deposit due at signing. Cats and other small noiseless pets are allowed as long as they are well trained.
