The very small front yard is maintained by the HOA. Renter must comply with HOA rules, which is rarely an issue unless you have several cars and don't park where you're supposed to. Renter is responsible for utilities. No smoking inside the house. I'm very hesitant about pets, but will consider them if they're very well-behaved and pay rent.
