As well as 4 consecutive bank statements. ALL FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS (Checking, Savings, Retirement, Investment, etc.): A copy of the first page of the most recent statement showing balances only. RENTAL HISTORY/HOME OWNERSHIP: -2 years of verifiable history -Copy of mortgage statement will be acceptable for home ownership. If you own a home and are renting it out, you will need to provide a copy of a current lease agreement between you and your tenants. UTILITIES: Tenant pays for ALL utilities; Landlord pays for landscaping and exterior pest control.
